Spescom DataVoice has won the Proudly South African (PSA) product of the year award for Qnique – a range of performance management tools for implementation in the call centre environment.
The results were announced at the PSA Homegrown Awards ceremony held recently in Johannesburg. This is a leading showcase for South African companies contributing to South Africa’s economy by creating employment opportunities and also by enhancing the reputation of South African products and services.
A record number of member companies submitted entries for the awards this year with a total of 55 from which 47 finalists were chosen.
The product of the year is awarded to a South African-developed product that best reflects a commitment to local content, production, quality and the use of the PSA brand in packaging and promotion.
Spescom DataVoice product manager (Qnique), Marian Speith says the global contact centre industry has grown exponentially over recent years and is still expanding.
