Motor dealership, The Fury Group, has selected technology enabled outsourcer, Innovation Group, to provide them with a warranty service and maintenance system – as well as offering clients value added services such as road-side assistance.

The Johannesburg-based Innovation Group is the SA subsidiary of the London-listed The Innovation Group plc.
The contract – valued at around R2,5-million per month – will see The Fury Group selling cars with a "fully fledged after-sales package", says Lou Triegaardt, head of Innovation Group's sales division. "We except that about 500 cars will be sold with the after-sales service package from Innovation Group."
The Fury Group currently owns two Toyota dealerships, three Ford dealerships, and one Nissan dealership in Pietermaritzbburg.
"Besides selling them a warranty service and maintenance system – which include value-adds such as road-site assistance, The Fury Group has access to a number of motor-related products from Innovation Group," says Triegaardt.
The back-office system, including a 24 x 7 call centre, will be run and managed by Innovation Group, from its Johannesburg offices.
"Any Fury Group customer, when phoning about any after-sales issue, will come through to our call centre – where the entire process is handled," says Triegaardt. "This includes road-side assistance.
"If a client of The Fury Group breaks down, or is in an accident, we will organise whatever is necessary. This includes dispatching accredited tow-trucks or ambulance services. This process is monitored by us from inception to finish, including ensuring that the client receives the necessary roadside medical assistance, or is taken to a hospital if necessary.
