Yet another Telkom executive has left the organisation, this time chief financial officer Kaushik Patel, taking the toll to four senior executives so far this year.

Patel's departure was announced by acting CEO Reuben September, himself filling in for former CEO Papi Molotsane who left Telkom in April.
He was preceded by the chief sales & marketing officer Wally Beelders and chief technical office Thami Msimango, both of who resigned in March.
Patel served at Telkom for the last seven years.
His position will be filled by Deon Fredericks, currently group executive: corporate finance: accounting services, who will serve in an acting capacity from 1 November.
