Knowledge Integration Dynamics (KID), in association with InfoBlueprint, will be hosting a workshop on understanding and improving data and information quality.
Alan Snow, international data and information quality management and business intelligence expert, will be the main guest speaker.
Snow will be explaining the issues, risks and costs associated with data and information quality and what can be done about it, how to measure data and information quality and how to build a business case for investing in this important initiative.
“The workshop is designed to help those involved in the management of organisations’ data and information and those responsible for data cleansing and improvement operations,” says Aubrey van Aswegen, MD of KID.
“It will be of specific interest to IT and business professionals who are involved in envisioning, planning, using, developing and supporting their organisations’ data quality and information quality systems.”
The workshop will take place on 11 March at the KID Conference Centre. Registration fees are R1 950 excl VAT.
