Mustek wins Lenovo support contract

Mustek has been awarded the Lenovo Accredited Service Provider (ASP) contract.

“As Lenovo’s ASP, we are now able to assist customers with all products and services in the Lenovo small to medium business (SMB) portfolio,” says Karen Lomas, Lenovo product manager at Mustek.

“We began our relationship with the Lenovo brand in September 2011, where we focused on helping them build their SMB portfolio by leveraging our extensive dealer channel nationwide.  It has been a very successful partnership and now, as their ASP, Mustek can offer a ‘one-stop-shop’ for customers, providing individual service solutions and comprehensive warranties.”

Building on this, Mustek now guarantees through-the-line solutions for many of its brands, ensuring that all customers, from the dealer, reseller to end-user, receive the best products and services on the market.
