Africa Cellular Towers will be finally wound up.
The South Gauteng High Court last week ordered the final winding up of the company.
Africa Cellular Towers was suspended from the JSE on 31 May and placed under provisional liquidation early in June, under an application from one of its major creditors.
Also in June, Seth Radebe resigned as an independent non-executive director of the company.
Africa Cellular Towers was set up in 1999, with three business arms: power lines, cellular towers and equipment shelters.
