South African owned integrated solutions specialist, Intuate Group, is geared up to offer Noble Systems’ latest family of products, Noble IQ, which features data analytics solutions for campaign strategy management and business analytics tools.
This new product offering proceeds from Noble Systems’ acquisition of ALI Solutions (formerly Austin Logistics), a provider of contact centre decisioning and analytics applications, last year and is comprised of its award-winning flagship suite of contact centre solutions (Vincio, CallTech and OnQ) with an interaction analytics solution.

Vincio is a highly flexible realtime analytic decision platform, which merges data from multiple sources to generate a holistic view of the customer and create file for outbound contact.

CallTech, a call optimisation and “best time to call” engine, produces analytic-based call-targeting campaigns that increase the number of right party contacts and can target customers with a high propensity to pay; whilst OnQ, a dynamic decisioning tool, provides centralised automated call strategy management to increase operational efficiency and ensure regulatory and corporate policy compliance.

This new offering by Intuate, Noble Systems’ preferred local partner, has come hot on the heels of the broad-based IT company being presented with the “Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) Partner of the Year Award 2013” by Noble Systems UK. The award recognised Intuate’s dedication and success in advancing Noble sales into new territories.

Mark Edwards, Intuate Group director and CTO, says: “As a leader in unified contact centre technology, we are delighted to now offer Noble’s latest innovative solution. Through the deployment of Noble products, our clients are already realising tangible value from these integrated solutions, and we look forward to this increasing with the Noble IQ suite.”news in CRM – mon
