Kyocera Document Solutions South Africa has announced the release of the TASKalfa 265ci A4 colour multi-function printer (MFP), the perfect productivity tool for small and medium sized work groups needing professional quality colour and black and white documents.
With advanced workflow capability, excellent reliability, and low cost per page due to high capacity toner cartridges, the MFP is a compact, low noise print-copy-scan-fax device including printing and copying at 26 pages per minute, making it ideally suited to a fast-paced office environment.

Additionally, the TASKalfa 265ci scans at up to 35ipm, swiftly digitising documents for integration into an organisation’s document management system, while the full colour touch panel provides ease of use. Up to four paper trays are available to give full media versatility.

Equipped with a range of advanced functionalities and security features, this compact device is fully capable of dealing with even complex and bespoke workflows thanks to the integrated Kyocera HyPASTM platform which offers scalable benefits via software solutions, ensuring document workflows are simplified.

When printing sensitive data, a secure printing function restricts access so that users authenticate directly at the unit’s operating panel, thereby guaranteeing security and confidentiality.

In line with Kyocera’s commitment to protecting the environment and keeping costs down, the TASKalfa 265ci is built with long life components and offers high capacity toner.

The extraordinary 200 000 page drum results in up to 10 times the lifetime of the competition, while the developer lasts up to thre times longer. Economies of scale really do kick in – the more your business prints, the lower the cost per page. This comes without compromise, as the TASKalfa 265ci’s eco credentials have been recognised with the energy star label and Blue Angel certification.

“TASKalfa 265ci is an attractive proposition for customers who need high print volumes, low cost per page and flexible solutions. This product is easy to use and requires little or no customer training so is a simple addition to any fleet,” explains Blake Grace, Hardware product manager at Kyocera Document Solutions South Africa.
