The South African Service Awards has recognised the companies that differentiate themselves through outstanding customer experience.
The winners of the third annual South African Service Awards were announced on Friday (11 April), with First Car Rental taking the highest accolade as the Most Consistent Performer over the last three years.
First Car Rental was also the top contender in the category Travel and Related Services – Car Hire, with second place going to Avis Rent a Car and Europcar scooping the Service Excellence award.
ADT was named the top company in Security Services; Nedbank won first place in the category Financial Services; King Price took top place for Financial Services – Short-term Insurance; MTN won the category Telecommunications – Services.
King Price Insurance also walked away with an award for Highest Ranked New Performer.
Entries for the 2014 South African Service Awards are now open and a number of changes have been implemented to encourage companies to enter and be recognised by their customers for customer-centric service.
Entry into the awards is free, with entries closing on 31 May 2014. The rating period will run from 1 June to 31 August 2014.
