AccTech helps VME Group manage sales

With more than 350 specialist staff in 12 branches across South Africa, the VME Group has opted to implement Microsoft Dynamic’s Online CRM Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution for contact and sales management.

Frik de Villiers, CEO of VME Group, points to the challenges they were facing. “There was a lack of visibility of branch sales activities and we also urgently required a single view of customers across multiple branches.”

“Training will be provided by AccTech Systems in order for VME Group to further configure the system to its specific requirements and to train users and also to rollout the system to its 12 branches nationwide,” says AccTech Systems CEO Tertius Zitzke.

Microsoft South Africa director Dynamics Kethan Parbhoo says Microsoft Dynamics CRM online gives businesses like VME Group Customer Relationship Management (CRM) over the Internet with anywhere access to help sales, marketing, and customer care teams work together to deliver personal experiences across every interaction.

“Not only are standardised sales activity procedures and reporting now available, but Microsoft Dynamic’s Online CRM assists with tracking and invoicing of repair call-outs. Initial implementation was completed within estimated timeframes and under budget,” concludes VME Group project lead Lizelle du Toit.
