VIDI, South Africa’s first on-demand video streaming service, has tied-up with Vodacom to make paying easier. This means that subscribers can now add their VIDI subscriptions directly onto their Vodacom bills.
In addition, VIDI has also partnered with ONTV, the Samsung-exclusive Smart TV app where subscribers can get Video On Demand powered by VIDI directly on their Samsung Smart TVs.

With special offers and quick and easy access, ONTV takes VIDI – and the viewing experience – to new heights. For subscribers who have Samsung Smart TVs, all they need to do is click on the ONTV app on the TV’s home page and watch over 3 500 hours of the best entertainment around.

By signing up via ONTV, subscribers also stand a chance of winning some fabulous prizes including a 32″ Samsung Smart TV, a four night stay at Simola Hotel Club & Spa and two cases of wine from the Vredenheim Estate in Stellenbosch.

VIDI’s great line-up of new shows for June includes movie binge watching with the Matrix series, the orginal Mad three-film franchise and the Mummy trilogy as well as top television series such as Downtown Abbey, Alias, the Doctor Who spin-off Torchwood and that classic John Cleese comedy series, Fawlty Towers.
