Ricoh SA has won Best Overall Support & Performance in Production Printing competing against 23 other Ricoh direct sales operations from 19 countries that fall under the European region of the company.
Criteria for nomination are service performance, effectiveness, and profitability of the production print service team to support their production print customers and maximise the potential to support future sales growth.

“The award recognises outstanding performance of teams and people who make a difference,” says Morgan Crosby, director of the Customer Services Group at Ricoh SA, “so we’re obviously quite thrilled to come out on top competing against all the other operating companies. The award also demonstrates our team’s expertise in production printing that meets and exceeds customer needs.”

Crosby and Herman Meyer, national customer service manager at Ricoh SA, collected the award at a ceremony in London in May.

Ricoh SA sells, supports and maintains black and white cutsheet, colour cutsheet, and continuous feed printers as well as a range of software products.

Ricoh aims to take its customers beyond standard print in what it terms Print and Beyond, which helps print service providers move beyond core print capabilities and commodity print jobs to introduce new value-added services that complement print. These include cross-media, transactional and marketing, and the company works closely with customers to develop their businesses in retail promotional, digital book printing, critical communications, high value marketing services, direct mail and transforming cost centre enterprise print rooms into revenue-generating print rooms.
