Decision Inc. has acquired a majority shareholding in CQS Performance Solutions, one of the leading SAP budget, planning, and consolidation partners in Africa.
CQS Performance Solutions is an SAP Special Expertise partner, focussing on Enterprise Performance Management. SAP’s planning and consolidation software is a market leader in the automation and streamlining of planning, budgeting, forecasting and consolidation activities. CQS Performance Solutions has an excellent track record in optimising value within organisations by deploying quality financial management solutions. They have implemented over 60 projects at top tier clients such as Distell, Shoprite, Sappi and PPC Cement.
