DCC offers Dell Inspiron 3000 series

When it comes to computing, feature-packed mobility is everything, and all of those extras you don’t need just end up adding to the price tag. The new Dell Inspiron 3000 Series from distributor Drive Control Corporation (DCC) offers all of the features without the frills. What you get is a notebook that has the power to see you through your everyday mobile life, with a wide range of customisable specs, and without the hefty price tag. The Inspiron 3000 Series is the ultimate companion for home, business and students, with options to suit every need.

“All models in the 3000 Series offer a rich set of standard features and options, including the latest processor technology from Intel and AMD, delivering everyday performance and functionality for all users. In addition, various configurations, optional extras such as built-in DVD writers and high definition touch screen display, and a wide variety of accessories, help users to fully customise their solution. From the entry-level home user to the serious business mogul, the Inspiron 3000 Series offerings can be tailored to any requirements,” says Terence Narayanan, Dell Consumer Product Specialist at DCC.

Utilising the latest processor technologies, including 5th Generation Intel Core i and AMD, the 3000 series offers fast and responsive performance for a variety of different applications. The range is available in 14-inch and 15.6-inch models, with optional 10-finger capacitive touch screen capability for seamless zooming, scrolling and tapping. Up to 8GB of RAM ensures plenty of multi-tasking power, and a standard 500GB hard drive, upgradeable to 1TB, offers enough storage for all of those important files.

A built-in DVD player is included as a standard, but can be removed to save weight, and graphics card options including offerings from Intel, NVIDIA and AMD Radeon. A full size, spill-resistant keyboard ensures easy typing, and options for a 10-key numeric keypad make entering numbers a breeze. A multi-touch gesture-enabled pad with integrated scrolling provides intuitive touchpad input and enhanced functionality. Connectivity is provided thanks to integrated Wireless-N, Bluetooth and an Ethernet port, with an optional external USB modem and Wi-Fi Display Support. Built-in speakers, a headphone, and microphone jack and a web cam make video conferencing a breeze, and a variety of ports including HDMI, USB 3.0, two USB 2.0 and as well as a media card reader offer numerous options for storage and connecting other accessories.

For maximum versatility and performance, a range of Dell accessories is available, including a wireless speaker system, an external optical disc drive for configurations without a built-in DVD, a 1TB external hard drive for additional storage and backup, and a Dell Tek backpack to keep your notebook protected on the go.
