Yet another video on demand (VoD) service has hit local shores with the launch by PCCW Global of which will offer a selection of a la carte content packages.

PCCW Global is the international operating division of Hong Kong’s leading integrated telecommunications operator HKT which says is available now via  as well as Android and iOS apps.
