MTN has become the first operator in South Africa to launch data bundles that are valid for 12 months.

The MTN Data4Keeps price plans and bundles at available immediately.
Once customers are on the MTN Data4Keeps prepaid or contract price plan they can also purchase MTN Data4Keeps bundles. Any MTN Data4Keeps Bundle purchases will carry a 365-day expiry from the moment a customer loads same to their MTN Data4Keeps price plan or package.
“MTN understands the users’ frustration of having to lose unused data despite the fact that data validity period is a universally applied practice,” says Larry Annetts, sales and marketing executive at MTN South Africa. “Our customers use data as a primary source of staying connected to the internet and surfing the internet, and what better way to provide them with a distinct customer experience than by introducing data bundles that consumers can keep for as long as it is available.”
