Communication Genetics, a provider of customer communication solutions, and RSD, a pioneer in information management and governance software, have announced a strategic partnership to deliver information management and governance solutions in South Africa.
It has also announced the winning of a four-year managed services deal with a global financial services organisation in South Africa.
RSD’s Enterprise Output Solution (EOS) solution provided as a managed service on Communication Genetics platform will help reduce operational costs for the customer, while the EOS software provides a pay by pages viewed service ensuring the reduction of pages printed and thus reducing operational cost overhead for print services.
