Ricoh is a leader of the Managed Workflow Services space in Central and East Europe, Middle East, and Africa, according to IDC Marketscape.
The report’s focus is based on it being the most mature managed print and document service (MPDS) that encompasses evolutionary professional and managed services that automate and optimise vertical and horizontal document-intensive workflows and business processes.
