Datacentrix has issued a trading statement, alerting shareholders to a substantial change in financial results for the financial year ended 30 June 2016.
This follows an announcement earlier this year (18 April), where shareholders were advised that the financial year end of the company was changed from 28 February to 30 June.
This means that the results for the financial year ended 30 June 2016, being a four-month period compared to a six-month period, will reflect earnings per share (EPS) of between 22.2 cents and 20.9 cents, a decrease of between 20% and 25% compared to the EPS of 27.8 cents for the six months ended 31 August 2015.
In addition, the headline earnings per share (HEPS) for the four-month period is expected to be between 22.2 cents and 20.8 cents, a decrease of between 20% and 25% compared to the HEPS of 27.7 cents for the six months ended 31 August 2015.
Financial financial results for the four-month period ended 30 June 2016 are expected to be released on 7 September 2016.
