HP Inc. today officially announced the appointment of David Rozzio as its new MD in South Africa. In this role, Rozzio will be responsible for providing country leadership and driving profitable growth across the company’s Printing and Personal Systems businesses.

Rozzio brings a wealth of industry experience that he has accumulated during his 15 years at HP across different business units and segments. Most recently he was director, Channel and SMB, for HP’s Printing and Personal Systems business in the Middle East, Mediterranean and Africa (MEMA).

“I am honoured and excited to take up this leading role at HP,” says Rozzio. “I look forward to working with our customers and partners to help reinvent computing and printing for organisations of all sizes.”

Rozzio has held key roles since joining HP in 2001 including development manager and area category manager for business PCs and workstations in France, followed by channel sales support manager in MEMA and channel director for the PC business in the Middle East.

Rozzio holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Montpellier, as well as a Master of Business Administration from Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) in France.
