Ideagen, a provider of governance, risk and compliance software to organisations in highly regulated industries, has been selected as the preferred vendor to provide KLM with an enhanced safety and quality management system.
KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, based at Amsterdam’s Schiphol Airport, will implement the Ideagen Q-Pulse safety management software in its operations, including KLM Cityhopper and KLM Engineering & Maintenance.
The project will concentrate on safety and quality management, with particular emphasis on safety reporting in the Operational, Occupational and Environmental safety domains. All types of internal and external audits will be managed within the system to include IATA’s e-IOSA program.
Eric Hoogendijk, vice-president: safety and compliance at KLM, states: “We have great trust that Ideagen, with their solid aviation safety business knowledge, will help us to successfully introduce Q-Pulse at KLM.”
