Innovation wins Agilitude a place at business awards

Since launching three years ago, Agilitude has not only built a successful business consultancy, but has also paved the way for customer experience management (CEM) in Africa.
This accomplishment has resulted in Agilitude being nominated as a Fast Growth Company finalist in the National Business Awards and the company’s CEO, Quinton Pienaar, named as a Top Performing Entrepreneur finalist.
“To be recognised in the National Business Awards as a Fast Growth Company is a wonderful acknowledgement of not only our achievements, but it is also an opportunity to make businesses more aware of the importance of customer journeys within the broader business context,” says Quinton Pienaar, CEO of Agilitude.
Now in its 14th year, the awards are presented in association with SA’s Top Performing Publication to honour South Africa’s industry leaders through the acknowledgement of innovative business processes, product development, enterprise, sustainability and overall business success.
As a Fast Growth Company finalist, Agilitude demonstrated significant growth in its market sector, which was achieved through best business practices and innovation, and underpinned by a strong financial performance.
“Giving power to the customer is a trend that will continue to grow. The uptake of CEM and other related technologies are evident in the success of Agilitude, as we continue to assist customers to deliver a complete and rewarding experience seamlessly across all channels. To succeed in achieving this is the peak of consumer marketing,” says Pienaar.
He says that the nomination for Top Performing Entrepreneur is a personal milestone and he feels honoured to be recognised among his peers and within the industry: “Building the Agilitude business, together with a highly experienced board, has been a career highlight and I look forward to achieving more success as the business continues to grow.”
The National Small Business Awards take place on 17 November at Emperors Palace.
