EOH Industrial Technologies and Steag Energy Services of Germany have announced a strategic joint venture to bring leading expertise to the energy sector in South Africa.
By combining international expertise and experience in the processes of the efficient operation of power plants with local skills, Steag EOH Energy Services believes it is equipped to deliver a sustainable world-class service to clients across the complete energy spectrum.
The joint venture agreement was signed by the CEO of EOH Industrial Technologies, Zunaid Mayet and the CEO of Steag Energy Services, Dr Ralf Schiele, at the Africa Energy Indaba.
Mayet comments: “Steag EOH Energy Services brings together leaders in technology and engineering innovation in a unique partnership which will deliver world class energy solutions to the region, spanning; design, engineering, operation and optimisation of all types of power generation facilities.”
“By combining Steag’s global network of technology and knowledge-base, with EOH’s technology systems, local skills, capacity and expertise, the partnership can advise and assist on all aspects of the continuous operation, enhancement and optimisation of existing power plants.
