“Being one of our key African partners, VCS has represented the Xerox brand in an excellent manner over the years,” says Olivier Merven, regional manager for Africa Operations at Bytes Document Solutions (BDS). “VCS’s longevity and outstanding reputation comes as no surprise, given the company’s product knowledge, talent and exceptional customer service levels,” notes Merven.
