With this top of mind, Avis is in the process of rolling out a new innovative service to create a more seamless car rental experience for its customers. It is a new digital rental agreement system, which speaks to more efficient and paperless system with email functionality for customers’ convenience.

The new digital rental agreement aims to provide a quicker, safer, modern and paperless solution for a positive environmental impact to the rental process. Tablets have been installed at all major airport branches, with the remainder branches to be rolled out before the end of the year. The digital offering also allows for the completed rental agreement to be emailed to the customer, promoting efficiency.
