In line with new strategies, MB Technologies specialist distributor, Storgate, has moved from its Midrand offices and warehouse to a new facility in Linbro Park.

The Midrand premises have now been taken over by the group's consumables distributor, ACT.
Mark Campbell, MD of Storgate, says the main reason for the move was for increased warehouse space. The new warehouse capacity is 6700 square metres, expandable to 8700 square metres.
Cambell says the move, which took place over the weekend of 9 December, was as smooth as could be expected.
"The move went exceptionally well except for the service delivery from Telkom with the commissioning of an ISDN 30 line for telephonic communication," Campbell says. "Storgate closed for business on the Friday and was trading on the Monday.
"We traded using cellphones as the primary communication medium for Monday and Tuesday morning, but were fully operational by 1:00pm Tuesday when Telkom completed the ISDN/PABX line connection."
Campbell adds that the move is in line with Storgate's "significant growth plans this year in both components and value-added distribution."
