It seems that the appletv – announced at Macworld last month together with the more-publicised iPhone – will ship later than expected.

Initially touted for a February launch, the appletv has been moved back to at least March.
The new product will connect digital media to the TV using either 802.11n, USB 2.0, Ethernet, WiFi, HDMI, component video, audio and optical ports.
appletv will ship standard with a 40Gb hard drive which can hold up to 50 hours of video content. It will also handle digital stills and music.
An initial retail price of $299.00 has been mooted.
