All Axiz-branded desktops will include a three year (1095 consecutive days) “carry in” warranty on all standard Axiz PCs. In addition to the “carry in” warranty a national onsite warranty extension programme is in place at additional cost.

In a recent Gartner survey conducted with CIOs and IT managers, participants were asked to rate the most important PC selection criteria. The results indicated that performance ranked as the most important criteria, followed by warranty, and service and support capabilities.

“Users are paying more attention to performance as a way to protect the investment as well as to extend PC lifecycles,” comments Bruce Murphy, Axiz desktop product manager.

He says that an extended warranty such as the Axiz desktop offer provides reseller partners with a significant value add, which end users will ultimately benefit from.

The desktops may be carried into any regional Axiz office, where trained technicians will provide a warranty service on them.  In addition, Murphy says end users are not required to present proof of purchase.

Axiz has offices in Gauteng (Head Office), Kwa-Zulu Natal, Western Cape, Eastern Cape and Free State with subsidiaries in Namibia and Botswana.
