Along with four Windows patches and one for Content Management Server, Microsoft will also release an updated hotfix for the .ANI bug today, Patch Tuesday.

Computerworld reports that Microsoft has acknowledged several new problems with the emergency patch for the .ANI bug it released last week, MS07-017, specifically in Realtek HD Audio Control Panel, ElsterFormular (a German VAT calculator), TUGZip (a free compression utility), and CD-Tag (a CD ripper).
Christopher Budd, program manager at Microsoft's Security Response Centre, says: "While the impact of these issues is clearly not widespread, it is affecting some of our customers. To help customers who have these applications installed, we will be releasing the hotfix to affected customers through Windows Update, Microsoft Update and Automatic Updates as part of the Tuesday April 10 release as a high-priority, nonsecurity update."
