OneCall Solutions, a subsidiary of the J&J Group, has acquired the business of eCentric, creating a new business division branded OneCall e-Centric. 

eCentric is an outsourced call centre company based in Midrand, north of Johannesburg, was was effective as of 1 March 2007.
With a 350-seat capacity, OneCall e-Centric has the ability to handle local and international business on either a fully outsourced or co-sourced basis. Existing customers are from the financial; IT and telecommunications; entertainment; hospitality; travel and tourism; health; government; NGO, and community services sectors.
