Mike Hamilton, until now GM of Channel Data, will become the MD from 1 May. The current MD, Jack Ward, will become the executive chairman. 

Over past three years at Channel Data, Hamilton has been involved in new market business development, acted as GM and has had the responsibility of heading up Juniper Networks’ security portfolio.
Hamilton has more than 25 years of experience in the networking and Infrastructure market.
Hamilton is tasked with growing the company exponentially while at the same time developing the company’s renowned technical and logistical expertise. Hamilton’s leadership style is aligned to Channel Data’s goals of human capital development, ensuring staff have the opportunity to grow and align their activities with their own ambitions and strengths.

Meanwhile , Ward will concentrate on strategic direction, business development and product portfolio management.
