Bill Gates and Steve Jobs are to share a stage this week – the first time in 10 years that the two industry icons will be seen together. 

The last occassion was in 1997 when Gates joined Jobs onstage at Macworld via a satellite link
He announced at that time that Microsoft would invest $150-million in Apple and would continue making software for the Macintosh computer.
Steve Jobs had recently returned to Apple, the company he co-founded with Steve Wozniak, after 11 years.
This Wednesday's meeting will be for 75 minutes at a conference in Carlsbad, California.
