Microsoft will issue six patches, four of them listed at its highest threat level of "critical", for this month's Patch Tuesday next week.

Three of the patches are for Windows Vista, two of which are critical, while there will be one patch each for Internet Explorer, Outlook Express and Windows Mail, and Visio 2002 and 2003.
The company will also issue seven non-security patches listed as "high priority".
Next week's updates will bring to 35 the number of patches issued by Microsoft in the first six months of this year – three more than it issued during the same period in 2006.
