For the first time in more than a decade, censors in the UK have banned a PC game, on the grounds that it is too focused on sadism and brutal killing.

"Manhunt 2", from Take-Two Interactive Software, will not be legally available for sale anywhere in the UK.
A spokesman from the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC) says it wasn't possible with this game to cut or change it to make it more acceptable and the only option was to ban it.
He says the game encourages "sustained and cumulative casual sadism".
The first version of "Manhunt" was only available for players over the age of 18.
US authorities have yet to rate the game.
