Facebook is under pressure to keep young users safe from sexual predators and has been subpeonaed by the New York State Attorney-General in this regard.

Attorney-General Andrew Cuomo is also accusing the social networking site of not responding to user complaints.
He says the company has fallen short in terms of safety controls and responding to complaints, despite having made assurances to the contrary.
In a sting operation, investigators went online posing as underage users and found they were not only solicited by sexual predators but also able to access pornography.
