Genesys names Intelleca as Partner of the Year

0 comments

Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories has named South African IT and Telecoms Solutions provider Intelleca as its "New partner of the Year" for the Europe, Middle East and Africa region.

Following its acquisition of InContact Contact Centre Solutions, a solely Genesys-focused contact centre solutions provider, to compliment their offering from Genesys-owned Voice Genie, in mid 2006, Intelleca has, within a year, firmly established itself as a leading Genesys partner practice in Africa.
Mark Payne, Genesys MD: Sub-Saharan Africa, says Intelleca provides companies with speech, self-service and contact centre solutions based on Genesys technology and products, differentiating itself through flexibility, understanding and expertise.
"Intelleca constantly questions its positioning, its economic model, its services, the technologies it is offering and the depth of its solutions. With this approach the company is always relevant, offering Genesys solutions that unlock value for customers, not just in the financial services and health care fields but across many commercial sectors."
Payne adds that Southern and Sub-Saharan Africa constitutes a new growth area for Genesys and the company is working closely with Intelleca to extend the business in that region.
"It is rewarding to see the recognition for our end-to-end contact centre provisioning practice, especially when it comes from the world’s number one contact centre software company," says Intelleca CEO Mike Renzon.
"The Genesys partner network is going from strength to strength," says Nicholas Kaploun, Genesys VP for EMEA. "Partners are a natural extension of Genesys's open, flexible and highly scalable architecture and offerings. By working closely with industry-leading system integrators, software vendors and computer and telephony platform providers, Genesys ensures customers are provided with the most complete solution and optimal integration."
Other regional awards for 2006 went to:
* Nextira One in DACH (Germany, Austria and Switzerland),
* Orange Business Services in SE (Southern Europe);
* Nextira One Belgium in Northern Europe:
* NCR Pakistan in ECEMEA (East and Central Europe, Middle East and Africa); and
* BT in UK and Ireland.
