Idris Suleman has been appointed as MD Fujitsu Siemens Computers in South Africa, taking over from Mark Wilson, who was recently promoted to the position of Managing Director for the Middle East & Africa.

Idris has been with the Siemens group since 1984, having progressed through the ranks at Siemens and been exposed to many facets of the business. In 1992, he joined Siemens Nixdorf, and most recently was CIO for Siemens Limited.
“I am extremely excited by the prospects at Fujitsu Siemens Computers,” says Suleman.
“In the last seven years, the company has achieved exceptional growth and I believe that there is still a great deal of progress that we can make in this market. We have excellent products and services and I believe that we have a compelling case to put to customers.”
