ATIO installs Nortel Contact Centre 6.0 for Prime Cure

ATIO has been selected by Prime Cure to install and maintain Nortel Contact Centre 6.0 for its call centre.

ATIO is South Africa’s largest privately owned provider of contact centre solutions and services with more than 21 years of experience in this specialised field.

Prime Cure is an accredited managed healthcare organisation providing services to more than 36 medical scheme options, 350 employers and a total of a million people from across South Africa every year.

Phase one of Prime Cure’s contact centre consists of the Nortel Contact Centre 6.0 Module running on a Nortel Succession 1000M platform capable of supporting 3 300 call centre agents and up to 22 000 IP users on a single platform.
Bundled with the call centre solution ATIO provided Prime Cure with a voice recording solution from Witness Systems for quality monitoring purposes.
