Leopard mauls some users

Apple's new Leopard operating system has left some users with the infamous "blue screen of death" more commonly associated with older versions of Windows, with some Macs left virtually inoperable after crashing during installation. 

Some users have reported that the Macs lock up when attempting to reboot at the end of the installation process.
Apple has blamed third party enhancement software that may not work with Leopard, and has suggested to possible fixes.
