By adding MGE Office Protection Systems to its business, Eaton has expanded its ability to compete globally through innovative products, new geographic markets, additional distribution channels and a strong manufacturing presence.
“MGE Office Protection Systems brings Eaton valuable technology, innovative ideas and bright minds, which will be invaluable as we work to enhance our collective product portfolio,” says Larkins. MGE Office Protection Systems will form part of Eaton’s Electrical Group.
Larkins says that it’s business as usual at the office at the moment.“The company is engaged in a detailed review of operations at a country level to ensure the most effective use of the resources now available.”
She adds that customers will now be able to enjoy the complimentary product lines of both companies, providing them with a greater array of products and services. “Products from both companies will continue to be sold through existing sales and distribution channels."
