There may have been computer glitches at the ANC Conference happening in Polokwane, but the Internet cafe laid on for delegates is functioning reliably.

The infrastructure for Internet cafe has been sponsored by Sahara Computers to ensure the approximately 4 000 delegates have reliable connectivity.
Internet connectivity and digital resources were identified as a priority by organisers and Sahara hs agreed to set up and fully equip an onsite Internet cafe.
The digital resource and information centre incorporates WiFi and wireless technology, access points with full connectivity, Internet and e-mail.
“Technology can play a very important role in conferences of this magnitude, taking place at this level. Connectivity is imperative to facilitate realtime communication, which can make a meaningful difference,” says Gary Naidoo, deputy MD at Sahara.
