Britain's privacy record has taken another blow with the news of mislaid health records.
On Sunday it was reported that nine health trusts have lost patient details, despite processes being in place to supposedly protect them.
Authorities don't think the information would have fallen into the wrong hands, but cannot confirm where they might be.
The records contain information, including names and addresses, of 160 000 children.
Just a couple of weeks ago, the personal information of about 25-million people went missing when two CDs went missing from Inland Revenue.
That information contained payment details of child grants across the country.
