In a bid to expand into the public sector market, Dialogue is to buy out Verge Management Services for about R47,5-million.
Dialogue has agreed to buy the entire issued share capaital of Verge from the Simeka Group and Glenda White.
The two companies already overlap in various parts of their businesses, according to a statement, and the acquisition will allow them to save costs, have a common infrastrucure and pursue common business development.
Verge provides consultancy and business process outsourcing services to the public sector.
It has a 50% interest in Sibize International and a 50% interest in Siyandza Skills Development. Dialogue's acquisition of Verge includes its 50% shareholding in Sibize and various outsourcing contracts but excludes the Siyandza shareholding.
Dialogue already owns 50% of Sibize and the Verge acquisition will give it 100% ownership.
