HP has extended its home delivery service on the IPG consumer range of products to all end users countrywide. 

“Customers who experience difficulties with an HP product during the warranty period will be able to have a skilled support engineer diagnose the problem over the phone, and if required, the support engineer will launch a service exchange event,” says Dennis Young, IPG country support manager, HP SA.
Young adds that HP will deliver a replacement unit direct to the customer’s nominated address within a few days and, once the customer has had the opportunity to install and test the replacement product, the customer can make a convenient appointment to have the faulty unit collected by HP.
