A new security camera uses passive imaging technology to see if people are concealing weapons or drugs underneath their clothes.

The camera can operate up to 25 metres away and is effective even when people are moving.
Developed by UK company ThruVision, it would be used for suveillance in airports, shopping centres or sports events.
The technology in the T5000 camera doesn't show physical body details, however it can differentiate between different substances.
The electro-magnetic rays are said to be harmless to people.
