A Nigerian inventor is claiming the the One Laptop per Child (OLPC) organisation stole his keyboard design, and he's taking the legal battle to US federal court.

Ade Oyegbola claims to have invented a keyboard that caters to the extra characters needed in Nigeria, that aren't available on a regular keyboard.
He says the OLPC organisation bought a couple of his keyboards and later copied them on OLPC laptop computers for sale in Nigeria.
He filed a lawsuit in a Lagos court, which recently overturned OLPC's bid to have it dismissed.
Now he has also filed in a US federal court, looking for $20-million in damages.
