Lexmark International announces the appointment of Smart Box Support Services, a subsidiary of the Sizwe Africa IT Group, to manage Lexmark’s after sales support to its national customer base.

Smart Box Support Services was awarded a long-term partnership contract after being invited to quote for the business with the strategic objective of standardising Lexmark South Africa’s service delivery standards to its global model.

Smart Box Services will be delivering Lexmark’s on-site service, maintenance, installation and training through their footprint that covers the whole of South Africa.
