Vodafone's bid for an additional 12,4% stake in Vodacom is R18,75-billion. 

This is according to a report in Business Day, which says the deal would include Vodacom being unbundled from Telkom and listed as an entity in its own right.
Meanwhile, Mvelaphanda is touting for Telkom's issued share capital in a R90-billion rand deal.
Telkom is 38% owned by the government and 15% by the Public Investment Corporation.
Meanwhile, MTN was expected to make some announcements regardings its talks with Reliance Communications early this week.
