HP has appointed two new bench repair service providers to support printer and PC customers.
With immediate effect, LetMeRepair and M-IT will provide repair services for HP’s portfolio of consumer and commercial imaging, printing and personal computing products.
“Having two bench repair service providers enables HP to provide its customers with greater choice and flexibility when submitting products for repair. We are continuously striving to improve service levels within our organisation to ensure that our customers have a flawless experience,” says Hansjoerg Walz, director of HP Services.
LetMeRepair provides after-sales repair services for HP’s consumer and commercial products, while M-IT provides repair services for HP’s commercial product range. Both organisations provide in-warranty and out-of-warranty repair services.
Customers now have various options when submitting products for repair. Customers with consumer products, who are based in major centres, can submit a defective product at a LetMeRepair repair centre. Additional service channels for consumer products include a home delivery service as well as the HP Retail Care Programme, where products can be submitted at Incredible Connection stores.
Both bench repair providers provide service and support for HP’s range of commercial products. Both companies have carry-in facilities, while M-IT also provides on-site support for larger commercial products.
