APC by appoints new African service manager

APC by Schneider Electric has appointed Olivier Delepine as its new sales and operations services manager for Africa.

Having worked for the company for more than ten years, joining MGE in France as a service sales engineer in 1997, Delepine has held several roles within the business, including products sales engineer, account manager, contractor partnership manager and, most recently, specification and project management director for France.
Delepine has a background in marketing and business and is a graduate of the Chambéry Business School, attached to the Savoie Chamber of Commerce.
"As the Africa sales and operations services manager, Olivier will be based in South Africa with the regional management team and will be in charge of implementing and managing our services policy all around Africa," says Carl Kleynhans, regional director: Africa, Critical Power and Cooling Services division of Schneider Electric.
"Our main goal is to provide services, expertise and peace of mind to those who plan, build and operate critical power and cooling applications," explains Delepine. "In order to support them throughout the full lifecycle of their critical power and cooling application, APC by Schneider Electric will also be involved in training, the spare parts supply chain and maintenance."
In terms of maintenance, the company can provide full service packages that ensures hassle-free maintenance, technical support, preventive maintenance, on-site service and remote monitoring, will guarantee that equipment receives the care it needs to operate most efficiently and will develop a customised package to meet each client’s specific needs and budget.
